1. Why are the other countries not available?
We would like to thank you for your overwhelming participation in the Early Bird coupon. Because of shortage, currently Camangi WebStation will only be available within Continental US.

3. I completed the payment through PayPal, but I don’t receive transaction confirmation email from Camangi.
Has my transaction been completed?
(1) If you receive PayPal transaction record, your transaction has been completed.
A. If you follow the standard process for payment and have been redirected to WebStation website from PayPal, but do not receive transaction confirmation email from us, please check spam first.
B. If there is connection error or you close the window before it is redirected to WebStation website from PayPal, your order still has been placed. But due to a connection error, Camangi WebStation cannot display your transaction information.
In any case mentioned above, please send your full name, payment, PayPal account, PayPal transaction ID and transaction date & time recorded on your PayPal transaction (You can find this information in PayPal) to service@camangi.com. We will respond as soon as possible.ex.

4. I have pre-ordered the WebStation, but haven't received yet. When will my order shipped?
Sorry, because of shortage, many orders are not shipped yet. We have already shipped WebStation to the United States and the shipment will be fulfilled by Amazon. However, it still takes few days to enter warehouse of Amazon and replenish the inventory, especially due to the upcoming New Year’s holidays. We will send tracking number to you when your WebStation has been sent. If you have any question, please email to service@camangi.com for more information.
5. How can I check the process status of my order?
You can email your full name and transaction ID provided from Camangi to service@camangi.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
