2. Can I use the USB storage to exchange data with WebStation(USB connector)?

Currently WebStation only provide you to exchange data through the micro SD Card.

3. Why cannot I smoothly use the Keyboard to connect the WebStation(USB connector)?

Please insert the Keyboard to connect the WebStation again. If you still cannot use the Keyboard successfully, please reset or restart your WebStation and try again.

4. Why cannot I successfully use the USB cable to mount with my personal computer?

Ans: Please use the USB cable to mount with your personal computer again. If you still cannot successfully mount with your personal computer, please reset or restart your WebStation and try again.

5. Why should I keep the micro SD Card in the WebStation?

Micro SD Card is the data storage of WebStation. WebStation will capture data from micro SD Card while using Gallery, Music, and Digital Frame applications. And, it will also store data into micro SD Card while downloading eBook from web and temporarily store files into micro SD Card while downloading apps from web. Therefore, please make sure to install your micro SD Card in your WebStation before using Gallery, Music, Digital Frame and eBook applications and installing applications from the Web.

6. Can I use the USB cable to connect the WebStation(USB Mini B connector) for power charging?

We indeed suggest you to charge your battery by the AC adapter included in your WebStation package.

7. Why cannot I open the WebStation while charging battery?

For the safety purpose, WebStation required the lowest power-on limitation. If you charge the battery after using out of battery and ignore the recharging notice till the WebStation power-off, please recharge the battery to achieve the safety battery standard and you will turn on your WebSation after that.

8. Why cannot I successfully use Email, Gmail, eBook, Gbook, Market and Lives applications?

That may be caused from the failure internet connection.
First, please make sure you have turned on one of the wireless connecting applications.

(1)Touch Settings> Wireless controls> Wi-Fi again and make sure the Wi-Fi has been turning on. Or, insert 3G dongle and touch 3G Wizard to connect to internet.

(2)Touch the Browser icon to enter Browser application; then open a new linkage or webpage you have never linked before. If the linkage or webpage can be successfully connected, that means the internet connection of your WebStation is workable now.

Second, please check the time settings of your WebStation is correctly.Please touch Settings> Date & time to enter the date & time settings. Then, touch to disable the Automatic functionality and check the time zone and date settings is corrected. And, touch the Automatic block to enable the Automatic function; then WebStation will adjust time through internet automatically.

9. Why cannot I successfully use SSL website URL?

Please make sure you have adjusted the time of your WebStation to the current/correct time.
Touch Settings>Date & time> Automatic to adjust the time of your WebStation. Or, turn off the Automatic functionality to set and adjust the date and time yourself.

10. Why cannot Wi-Fi successfully connect to internet?

(1) Please make sure your Wireless AP is workable.
(2) Please make sure your Internet service has been permitted from your Internet service provider(ISP).
(3) Please make sure your Internet service is under regular service.
(4) Please make sure that your WebStation stays within the Wireless AP coverage.

11. Why cannot I successfully use 3G Wizard?

We suggest you to choose 3G Dongle- huawei E180 and huawei E220 which are verified by the Camangi Technical Team.

12. Why cannot 3G Wizard successfully connect to internet?

(1)Please make sure the 3G service has been permitted from your 3G service provider. If your 3G service cannot be connected, please contact with your 3G service provider.
(2) Please make sure that your WebStation and 3G dongle stay within the 3G service coverage. .

13. Why cannot I successfully turn off Airplane mode?

Please reset or restart your WebStation and try again.

14. Why cannot I successfully add external email account on Email application of WebStation?

First, please make sure your internet is regular connected while you are adding external email account to Email application.Second, please make sure your inbox service provider supports POP3 or IMAP type. Third, please make sure the following settings of incoming settings.

1. Please input the full email addresss on the Username column.
2. Please make sure input the correct password.
3. Please make sure the server and port information of your inbox server settings.
   - Gmail: Set POP3 server as pop.gmail.com and port as 995.
   - Hotmail: Set POP3 server as pop3.live.com and port as 995.
   - Yahoo: Set POP3 server as plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com and port as 995.
   - AOL: Set POP3 server as pop.aol.com and port as 995.
4. Please make sure to enable the security type as SSL(always) or SSL(if available).

Fourth, please make sure the following settings of outgoing settings.

1. Please input the full email addresss on the Username column.
2. Please make sure input the correct password.
3. Please make sure the server and port information of your inbox server settings.
   - Gmail: Set SMTP server as smtp.gmail.com and port as 465.
   - Hotmail: Set SMTP server as smtp.live.com and port as 25.
   - Yahoo: Set SMTP server as plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com and port as 465.
   - AOL: Set SMTP server as smtp.aol.com and port as 465.
4. Please make sure to enable the security type as SSL(always) or SSL(if available).

15. How to input URL on the Browser application?

On the Browser screen, press the Menu Key and touch the Go block to enter the Web Page address engine. Touch the text column to call out the Soft Keyboard and input the web address you want to go. Then, touch the Go icon to connect the Web Page.

16. How can I fill out multi-column data on Browser application through Soft Keyboard?

You can type text on Browser application ,even though viewing as lanscape and portrait orientation. After typing the first column, please press the Return Key to return to the browser screen and touch to the next column to activate Soft Keyboard again for more text column input.

17. Why cannot I view Videos smoothly?

That may be caused from the heavy loading of your WebStation and unsuitable video format.

(1) Please try to close the Browser windows of Browser application. On the Browser screen, press the Menu Key and touch the Windows block to close unused windows.Or, turn off the G-sensor functionality of your WebStation. Touch Settings>Sound & display> Display settings> Orientation to disable the rotation orientation. If you cannot view videos smoothly after doing previous processes, please reset or restart your WebSation and try again.

18. Can I read the eBooks from micro SD Card?

eBook application provide you two methods to read the eBook documents.
- Downloading eBook from the internet.
- Opening eBook from the Books folder of micro SD Card. If you want to read eBooks from micro SD Card, remember to create a folder named Books in the micro SD Card.

19. Can I set my WebStation as Vibration reaction?

Currently the hardware of WebStation does not support the Vibration functionality ,but it does not affect you to operate WebStation. Therefore, we would disable Settings>Security & location>Screen unlock pattern> Use tactile feedback and Spare Parts> Haptic Feedback for the proper disposal in the future.

20. Can I use the Quick lauch functionality in the Applications of Settings application?

Currently WebStation provides Soft Keyboard for your typing demand. And, the Quick lauch is the original functionality from Android 1.5 OS desiged for the keyboard hotkey. Therefore, we would disable this functionality in the future, but it does not affect you to operate WebStation.

21. Why cannot the Clock of WebStation meet the correct time while enabling the Automatic fountionality in Settings?

Please touch Settings> Date & time to enter the date & time settings. Then, touch to disable the Automatic functionality and check the time zone and date settings is corrected. And, touch the Automatic block to enable the Automatic functionality; then WebStation will adjust time through internet automatically.

22. Why cannot I use G-sensor functionality?

Please go to Settings>Sound & display>Orientation and make sure you have turned on the Orientation for activating for the G-sensor functionality.

24. What are the plans for supporting Android 2.0 or greater?

Currently WebStation does not support Android 2.0, but we have plan and roadmap to launch series of product for Android 2.0 or greater.

25. Does WebStation support Bluetooth?

Currently WebStation does not support the build in Bluetooth, but we have plan to support Bluetooth in the near future.

26. Can WebStation support PDF/ word /ppt viewer?

You can download these related applications which can support PDF/ word /ppt viewer from internet.

27. Does WebStation support Flash?

Currently WebStation does not support Flash, for your information, Android 1.5 doesn’t support flash.

28. What can I do if I forget the unlock pattern on my WebStation?

This is an.irreversible condition if you forget the unlock pattern. Please follow the Repair Policy and send your WebStation to the Camangi permitted repair parties. The Camangi permitted repair party will refurbish your WebStation to the original status under the paid-repair service.

29. Can I use WebStation to build VoIP communication?

You can download VoIP related applications which can support to communicate over Internet Protocal.

30. Can I use or set a Home screen on WebStation?

Based on the convenient and simple design concept of WebStation, WebStation provide the Launcher screen with various applications for your operation. Therefore, the Home screen from original Android is not provided on WebStation.

31. How do I download and install apk from Camangi Market?

Before installing any applications, please make sure you have inserted Micro SD card into Camangi WebStation. And the “Third Party Application” must be turn on. Please go to “Applications” by entering “Settings” section first. How to install an application from Camangi WebStation
