Online application for returns or exchanges
This platform provides return and exchange application for customers who placed orders via our online pre-order payment system. If you would like to ask for return or exchange for the orders via other channels, please contact your local service providers directly. Shall you have any question, please email to service@camangi.com, and we will reply to you as soon as possible. Thank you!

Return Policy
(1.)Return or exchange policy
Not due to a defective product
- If the product has not been opened, you may request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) within 30 days starting from the date of purchase. An exchange or a full refund to the original source (cash or credit) will be issued. Please be aware that handling fee and shipping cost will be charged.
- If the product has been opened but no third party application(s) has been installed. You will have 30 days to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Please be aware that a handling fee and shipping cost will be charged. You will receive an estimated amount maximum to 85% of the original price after careful analysis of the product. Please include all the accessories included in the original package, including the user manual.
- If the product has been opened, a refund or an exchange will not be available if a third party application(s) has been installed, or any accessorie(s) or user manual has been damaged.
- Please carefully choose the courier service or method of shipment. We will not be responsible for any damage or lost occurred during the shipment by your side.
Return or exchange due to a defective product
- If an error has occurred while using the product for the first time (Please consult DOA policy) causing failure in basic operation due to manufacturing defects which is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA). Please request an RMA within 14 days starting from the original date of purchase. After careful analysis and the product is considered DOA, you may receive a full refund or an exchange of the product.
- A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for any product erroneously reported as defective.
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from Camangi WebStation online store
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manuals, AC adaptor, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
(2.)Method of exchange or refund
- Please contact us for return/ exchange application.(Please note, you can only apply here by product purchased on our Camangi WebStation online store)
- Once you’ve entered the return/ exchange application system here, please follow the on-screen instruction to receive a confirmation letter. If you failed to make the application, you will receive an error notice letter by our system.
- You must send the product within 5 days after you have received the confirmation letter from us. (Notice of refund must be displayed on the exterior of the shipping box.)
- Please use the original packaging that came with your product and include all the original accessories including user manual.
- Please note that the refunded amount or eligibility might vary (Opened product with third party applications already installed and/or damaged or missing manual and/or accessories will be sent back and you will be charged for the shipping cost)
