These Sales Policy govern all your purchases of Product(s) and/or services and support sold by the Camangi WebStation online store website. By placing an order either by email or through the internet for Product(s), you accept and are bound to the sales agreement , applicable policies, descriptions of services, products, prices, and any other trade terms displayed on the Camangi WebStation online store website that may be related to, or in connection with, the activities of your purchase, hereinafter referred to as the “Sale agreement” collectively. In these terms and conditions, “Camangi Corporation.”, registered and existing under the laws of Taiwan and with a principal place of business at 4F., No.13, Lane 50, Sec. 3, Nangang Rd., Nangang District, Taipei City 115, Taiwan, is referred to as “CAMANGI ”, “we” or “us”. “Business User” shall mean a legal entity or person who purchases or agrees to purchase Products and/or Services from Camangi WebStation online store website other than for private use; “Consumer” shall mean an individual who purchases or agrees to buy Products and/or Services from Camangi WebStation online store website for private use; “Customer” or “you” refers to Consumers collectively. "Product(s)" shall mean any item offered for sale or licensing on the Camangi WebStation online store website, including but not limited to, accessories, hardware devices, software, service packages, and documentation. “Sale agreement” shall mean the terms and conditions of sale, applicable policies, descriptions of Services, Products and Prices, and any other trade terms displayed on the Camangi WebStation online store website, including but not limited to the Returns Policy and Privacy Policy etc., that may be related to, or in connection with, the purchase, hereinafter referred to as the “Sale agreement” collectively.

 

2. Entire Agreement and Communications

You agree that the Sale agreement, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This Sale agreement may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and CAMANGI.

 

3. Payment Terms

For Consumers, terms of payment are at CAMANGI’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed by CAMANGI, payment in full must be received by CAMANGI prior to CAMANGI’s acceptance of an order. We may suspend delivery of Products until full payment is received. Payment for the Product(s) will be made by credit card, debit card, Paypal, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by CAMANGI.

 

4. Order(s) Acceptance and Cancellation

CAMANGI reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. Notifications shall be made via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order. CAMANGI assumes no responsibility for issues resulting from declines, cancellations, or email notification failures. Order costs will be charged to your account upon acceptance. CAMANGI begins processing accepted orders immediately and can only return full amount under below situation: 1) Paid already, but not deliver yet, if the product is under delivery, it is not allowed to ask full amount return. The full refund for the returned product shall include the cost of delivery to you; however, the shipping cost of returning the product to us is at your expense if you return the product for any reason other than that the Product(s) is faulty or dead on arrival.

 

5. Shipping and Handling / Risk of Loss

The cost of shipping and handling is an additional charge unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by CAMANGI is CAMANGI 's responsibility. If you return your Product(s) to us, any loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility unless prohibited by applicable local law.

 

6. Price(s)

The prices of Products are those which apply at the time of your order. Shipping or handling costs, transport insurance, VAT (or other revenue tax), duty and other taxes, levies or charges by any authorities, unless otherwise specified or otherwise required by applicable law, will be charged in addition to the applicable Product(s) price(s) and will be indicated to you prior to placing the Order on the Camangi WebStation online store website and will also be set out in the invoice.

 

7. Title

Title to the Product(s) shall pass to you upon the delivery of Product(s).

 

8. Warranties

With respect to CAMANGI-branded Products, CAMANGI makes no warranties except those stated in the Limited Warranties , the limited warranty statement with the Product Information, or in the case of optional extended services issued by CAMANGI , such extended service documentation. With respect to third party (i.e., non-CAMANGI branded) Products, such Products are sold by CAMANGI. However, the third party manufacturer or supplier of this Product may offer its own warranties, and you agree to look solely to such manufacturer or supplier for any warranty related claims.

 

CAMANGI-branded warranties and services are effective on payment in full, and CAMANGI is not obligated to honor any warranty or provide service until CAMANGI receives payment in full. CAMANGI may request cancellation of third-party-branded software licenses, service, and maintenance or support if CAMANGI does not receive payment. If you purchase non-CAMANGI branded products, services, maintenance or support, additional third-party terms and conditions may apply. 9. Software

All software is provided subject to such software's user license agreement. You agree that you will be bound to such agreement in addition to these terms.

 

10. Returns Policy

(1.)Return or exchange policy

 

Not due to a defective product

• If the product has not been opened, you may request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) within 30 days starting from the date of purchase. An exchange or a full refund to the original source (cash or credit) will be issued. Please be aware that handling fee and shipping cost will be charged.
• If the product has been opened but no third party application(s) has been installed. You will have 30 days to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Please be aware that a handling fee and shipping cost will be charged. You will receive an estimated amount maximum to 85% of the original price after careful analysis of the product. Please include all the accessories included in the original package, including the user manual.
• If the product has been opened, a refund or an exchange will not be available if a third party application(s) has been installed, or any accessorie(s) or user manual has been damaged.
• Please carefully choose the courier service or method of shipment. We will not be responsible for any damage or lost occurred during the shipment by your side.

Return or exchange due to a defective product

• If an error has occurred while using the product for the first time (Please consult DOA policy) causing failure in basic operation due to manufacturing defects which is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA). Please request an RMA within 14 days starting from the original date of purchase. After careful analysis and the product is considered DOA, you may receive a full refund or an exchange of the product.
• A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for any product erroneously reported as defective.
• Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
  • Any product not purchased from Camangi WebStation online store
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manuals, AC adaptor, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

(2.)Method of exchange or refund

• Please contact us for return/ exchange application.(Please note, you can only apply here by product purchased on our Camangi WebStation online store)
• Once you’ve entered the return/ exchange application system here, please follow the on-screen instruction to receive a confirmation letter. If you failed to make the application, you will receive an error notice letter by our system.
• You must send the product within 5 days after you have received the confirmation letter from us. (Notice of refund must be displayed on the exterior of the shipping box.)
• Please use the original packaging that came with your product and include all the original accessories including user manual.
• Please note that the refunded amount or eligibility might vary (Opened product with third party applications already installed and/or damaged or missing manual and/or accessories will be sent back and you will be charged for the shipping cost)

11. Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances CAMANGI 's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product(s) sold. CAMANGI shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the Product(s) it sells, which exceeds this liability limit. CAMANGI shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against You, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not CAMANGI has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.

 

12. Not for Resale

As the Customer, you agree and represent that you are purchasing Product(s) for your own personal use only, and not for resale. For Non-CAMANGI -branded Product(s), third party manufacturers may have separate terms and conditions which govern the resale of Product(s).

 

13. Purchases by Business User(s)

Business Users may refer to another business user agreement independently.

 

14. Headings and Severability

The section headings used herein are for the convenience of reference only and do not form a part of the Sale agreement, and no construction or inference shall be derived there from. If all or any part of one or more of the terms of the Sale agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid, unenforceable or prohibited in any respect under applicable law or regulation, or is found to be illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part under applicable law or regulation of any jurisdiction or country or with respect to a certain category of persons, such provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of the Contract. The legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Sale agreement or the remaining parts of the relevant terms of the Sale agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby (in relation to such jurisdiction or country, or category of persons).

 

15. Language

The Sale agreement is made and construed in the English language which is the sole legal binding document. Any version in a different language serves for the convenience of reference of the English version only. Should there be any discrepancy or conflict between and/or among them, the English version shall prevail.

 

16. Children

You warrant that you are age 18 or older; if you are under age 18, please seek the permission of your parent or legal guardian before placing an order. By placing an order, it shall be deemed that you are either over 18 years old or that you have gained the appropriate permission of your parent or legal guardian. If the legal age when you can buy goods online is lower than 18 years old within the territory in which you reside, the local law shall apply and you or your legal guardian agree not to challenge the validity of any purchases made via this website or by telephone.

 

17. Governing Law

CAMANGI is owned and maintains this web site from its offices within Taiwan. The Parties agree that the Sale agreement, any sales there under, or any claim, dispute or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether pre-existing, existing, present or future, and including statutory, consumer protection, common law and equitable claims) between You and CAMANGI arising from or relating to the Sale agreement, its interpretation or its breach, termination or validity thereof, and the relationships which result from the Sale agreement, CAMANGI 's advertising, or any related purchase, shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China) without regard to the principles of conflict of laws. You and CAMANGI agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Courts in Taiwan (Republic of China). If you choose to access this site from another location, you are also responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
