Limited Warranty

Camangi’s warranty obligations for the WebStation product are limited to the terms set as following.

 

1. Warranty Period

WebStation product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use is warranted by Camangi Corporation for 12 months from the purchase date indicated on the valid invoice by the original end-user purchaser. If you cannot provide the evident of a purchase date, we will grant 12 months of warranty period based on the manufacture date. The manufacture date must carefully verify in the Serial Number(S/N). The serial number is located on the interior of SD Card slot cover also on the label of your WebStation package. The manufacture date verification on the Serial Number(S/N) please see the description on the WebStation FAQ. Finally, if the last day of the warranty period is a national holiday, the following day shall be the last day of the warranty period.

 

 

2. Warranty Inclusion for free maintenance service

2.1 WebStation limited hardware warranty includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of your WebStation, not including any peripheral products.

2.2 WebStation limited software warranty includes bugs in the system software and pre-install applications within the permitted, intended or suggested usage described in the WebStation documents.

 

 

3. Warranty Exclusion

WebStation warranty does not apply to the following terms:

3.1 Consumable Parts: WebStation does not warrant the parts exhausted with time, such as batteries. Unless the defects is caused by production materials or workmanship.

3.2 Cosmetic Damage: WebStation warranty does not cover surface scratches, dents, and broken plastic. Unless the surface is damaged upon arrival, please follow the Return Policy to advocate your interests.

3.3 Damage caused from other devices.

3.4 Damage caused from Forceful operation which includes, without limitation to, accident, abuse, misuse, liquid spill or submersion, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.

3.5 Damage caused due to operating out of the permitted, intended or suggested uses described by Camangi.

3.6 Damage caused by third-party service (including upgrades and expansions) to modify any functionality or capability of WebStation without the written permission from Camangi.

3.7 Damage from third party software.

3.8 Accessories or packing material such as headsets, stand, boxes, Quick Start Guide, etc.

 

 

4. Loss of Warranty

You will completely or partially lose your WebStation’s one-year warranty under the following terms.

4.1 Your WebStation will lose all product warranty by removing, defacing, and falsifying Serial Number(S/N).

4.2 Your WebStation will lose all product warranty by opening or destroying the outer shell of WebStation, including reparation and/or modification done by non-authorized personnel.

4.3 Your WebStation will lose all product warranty by modifying, altering, or reparation by other parties without the written permission from Camangi.

4.4 Your WebStation will lose system software and preinstall applications’ warranty by approving Third Party Applications agreement.

4.5 Tempered, changed, or modified system software or preinstalled applications by personal or non-permitted parties.

 

 

5. Warranty Processing Methods

If your WebStation is included and within the Warranty Period, Camangi will choose one of the following options under the extent permitted by law and technical support done by the maintenance team.

(1) Repair any hardware defect without charging maintenance fee.

(2) Replace any hardware defect without charging maintenance fees by using new or equivalent parts. When a part has been exchanged, any replacement item becomes Camangi’s property and any replacement parts used for warranty service assumes the remaining warranty period.

(3) Refurbish software without charging maintenance fee by installing the latest version of system software as part of the warranty service. Before delivering your product for servicing, please be aware that you are responsible for storing and/or backing up your data and/or contents and clear any security passwords. The storage media on your WebStation will be reformatted during the service and your WebStation will be returned to factory configuring with applicable updates.

 

 

6. Obtaining Warranty Service

Please make sure you complete the following steps before applying for a service covered under your warranty.

Step 1 Please review any documents included with your WebStation or information available online such as support, resources-Manual, FAQ, …and so on before applying for your RMA number.

Step 2 Acquire your RMA number on http://www.camangi.com/service.html and wait for 3-5 working days to get your Warranty Service permission.

Step 3 Prepare following items .

A. A Copy of your valid invoice with the purchase date or use a valid serial number(S/N) label.
B. Prepare your WebStation.
C. Store your WebStation to its original package.
D. Please locate your WebStation and a valid copy of the invoice or serial number label into your original package to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for any damage(s) occurred during transit without the original package.
E. Print and paste your Warranty Service permission on your WebStation package and mail or deliver your WebStaion to the allocated address on the Warranty Service permission.

 

 

7. Paid Repair Service

Camangi also provides Paid Repair Service if your device is not covered under the warranty Period. Please visit the following website for more information: http://www.camangi.com/service.html.

 

 

8. Solution of Product Use Problem

If you encounter any problem while using your product, we suggest you complete the following steps.

Step 1 Please review any documents included your WebStation or information online such as support, resources- Manual, FAQ…and so on. The WebStation Manual and FAQ can be downloaded on WebStation website http://www.camangi.com/download.html , and will continue to be update with the latest information.

Step 2 Visit WebStation website for technical support.

Step 3 Seek support from the store where you purchased the device or a distributor.
